1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the Habitfolk website, operated by m.d.i studio. It does not cover the Airfry Eats Android app, which has a separate privacy policy. For questions or privacy requests about this website, email contact@habitfolk.site.
2. Information we receive
You can browse this website without creating an account or submitting a form. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. The website does not offer an email signup or contact form.
When you visit a website, its hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of access. We do not use this website to collect information about your health or the recipes you view in Airfry Eats.
3. How we use information
We use emails you send to answer your questions, handle requests, and maintain a record of our correspondence where reasonably necessary. Technical access information may be processed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not use your email address for marketing merely because you contacted us.
4. Analytics, cookies, and advertising
This website does not currently use an analytics script, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies. If we add any of these later, we will update this policy before using them. This statement concerns the Habitfolk website, not the Airfry Eats app or Google Play.
5. Links and service providers
This website links to Airfry Eats on Google Play. If you follow that link, Google processes your activity under its own privacy terms. Our website hosting provider and email provider may process information on our behalf to deliver the site and email service. We do not sell information you send us.
6. Retention and security
We keep email correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant records, or meet legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. Hosting providers may retain technical access records under their own operational schedules. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us what information you have sent us, request a correction or deletion, or raise another privacy concern by emailing contact@habitfolk.site. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own correspondence.
8. Changes to this policy
If our website practices change, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Please review it from time to time.
